☞ As ever, some music to motor your Sunday.

If you never listened to Destroyer, maybe now’s the time to start, nearly ten years since Destroyer’s Rubies came out.

The lyrics are overwritten—the songs are overwritten—but the band sounds great, and there’s something about the combo of great hooks, great turns, guitar and piano, that comes together in really special fashion.

If that’s too much rock, how about the new Doechii/SZA song? Fantastic.

And if that’s already on your radar, how about the Boyhood single that appeared at the end of the year?

On to the rest.

☞ First, thanks to my friend V., an app for tracking and measuring your sleep that I recently found out about, that doesn’t require an Apple Watch, Oura ring, or anything besides a smartphone resting attentively on a bedside table.
