I interviewed a person this week who works closely with Marc Jacobs, the fashion designer. The guy said one thing he learned from Jacobs was to constantly ask people what they’re enjoying lately. Jacobs, apparently, upon meeting somebody new, will ask them what they’ve liked recently—music, movies, books, etc—and then seek it out for himself, to give it a try.

In that vein, here’s what’s being enjoyed currently by five of the Gen Z-ers I volunteer with most weeks at the Hollywood Food Coaliation (I asked on Friday).

  1. EDM by Jai Paul

  1. The Wager by David Grann

  2. Wearing running belts to concerts, to hold stuff

  3. REM’s Reckoning

  1. Going on long walks with friends

The kids are cool!
