I like cow milk, mainly these days as a coffee additive. Everything else I have tried makes a coffee oily or bitter or weird. I guess I would be the odd man out these days, at least in Los Angeles 🤷🏼
Otherwise, interesting observations. It does make me want to sit in a coffee shop in Tennessee and see if/how the customers and their orders and their conversations differ from those in LA. Also, kind of interesting that people avoid cow's milk but tend to choose a sandwich with gruyere cheese. 🧀
